Figure Study #13

This painting is from an ongoing series of nudes in which I explore the depth of the human mind through painting the physical body. With an emphasis on color and light, I build up the figure in layers of opaque and transparent paint.  I seek out interesting poses and utilize negative space to imbed the subject in an ambiguious reality. The connection between mind - body - soul is endlessly fascinating to me. I am always striving to push the subject in different ways, through new techniques and different color combinations.
 
This is a borderless Fine Art Giclee Print on a beautiful flat unstretched matte canvas. I recommend having canvas prints framed without glass. For guidance on framing please feel free to message me!
 
Sizes 11 x 14 and smaller will be shipped in a rigid stay flat mailer in a protective cellophane sleeve and backing.
 
Sizes 16 x 20 and higher will ship in a heavy duty mailing tube.
 
All art prints are made to order in my home studio on a large format professional grade Epson Printer with the finest quality inks and paper, hand cut and signed by me on the bottom right or left corner.  Please allow 5-10 business days for your art print to ship.
 
In an effort to offer a variety of standard sizes, some of the ratios are cropped and vary slightly from the listing photo.  If you'd like to see exactly how your print will be cropped to a particular size, feel free to message me and I'll send a proof.
