Collection of abstract beach paintings with an emphasis on color and texture, inspired by the untamed beauty of the sand dunes looking out onto the Gulf Coast.
 
The panicum amarum plants thrive along the gulf coast, and you can see an abundance of them throughout the pristine sand dunes.  They play an important role in helping preserve the coastal dunes.   Above ground they act as a windbreak by preventing sand from being blown away, while their large root system underneath helps to keep the sand in place.
 
Comes ready to hang in a raw wood frame without glass.  Painting sealed with a matte varnish for UV protection. Artist signature on front, title/date on back.
