This painting reflects the architecture of Paros, where built forms seem to settle naturally into the surrounding landscape. Through thin watercolor washes and layered passages of opaque paint, my work unfolds as a visual narrative shaped by place and experience. As paint layers build, overlap, and respond to one another, they echo the way human presence and memory gradually shape the landscapes we move through. Our relationship with the environment is not only physical, but emotional and spiritual as well. These paintings seek to hold that interconnectedness—honoring both the beauty of these spaces and the fragility of the bond we share with them.
